Function run_bob 

fn run_bob(bob_exe: &Path, bob_dir: &Path, ceo_ccd: &Path) -> Result<()>

Runs BOB to build ceo_data.ccd, with a config that only builds that file.

Any previous BOB config is restored afterwards.

Errors

Fails if BOB can’t be configured or launched, or if it doesn’t produce ceo_data.ccd.
